I Love Manuka Honey Skin Creams” Says Mother of Eczema Sufferer

The winter extremes of outdoor cold and indoor heated air are hard on skin and especially so if you suffer from atopic dermatitis also known as eczema. This is a recurring condition that causes itchy, inflamed skin, usually in the jointed areas (elbows, knees or neck). It can come and go periodically or randomly and the actual cause of the condition is unknown. Regardless of the cause even mild eczema can be extremely itchy and uncomfortable, interfering with sleep and providing entry sites for secondary infections by bacteria, fungi or viruses. It is also extremely common. According to the National Eczema Association “90 percent of eczema patients experience [eczema] before age five. …[and] ‘most’ will have [it] for life. It is estimated that atopic dermatitis affects over 30 million Americans.” Using natural skin creams using Manuka Honey eczema sufferers get a double benefit in one cream: the anti-microbial effect of the honey as well as the soothing moisturizing of the all natural skin cream. All without expensive prescriptions and doctor’s visits. Now available in the US Manuka Naturals Active Manuka Cream has become a favorite for eczema sufferers. In a recent email customer Sherry Davis, from Nashville Tennessee, tells her experience “I saw you on Channel 2 and decided well what can happen but nothing.

I have a 22 year old daughter Rachel that has eczema we have went to doctor after doctor [trying] creams after cream. Nothing worked. So I went to your web site and looked at the reviews and hoped all those people were not lying. So I order – WOW! Finally someone told the truth about a product that really works.

Healthy Kid Snacks For Busy Parents That Your Kids Will Love

After a long day of school, nothing is more refreshing than coming home to a snack on the table. Food is a great energizing factor in any child’s life. Healthily made snacks are a great option. Storing vitamins that they get from their food is part of any child’s day. Through the constant change that is a child’s preferred taste, healthy foods are a comforting constant. Healthy eating is often very easy for some children and very hard for others. Because so many write snacking off as unimportant, it is often the most neglected meal time. Using the following tips, making healthy snacks can become a breeze.

Healthy kid snacks are a great way to keep up a child’s vitamin intake while keeping them refueled. Peanut butter can be replaced in healthy kid snacks for nut butters such as almond butter that instantly boost the rate at which a child is getting healthy omega fatty acids. Few kids will notice the difference, as nut butters taste almost exactly like normal peanut butter does. Using nut butters in items such as snack bars and dips is a great idea. With the addition of nut butters to the simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich, this classic lunch item becomes much more healthy. The connective tissues of our brain use omega fatty acids, as well as the nerves in our eyes. In healthy kid snacks, these butters are also very portable and make great dipping for apples.

I Love to Live – Five Reasons for Me to Make Healthy Food Choices

It’s not easy making healthy food choices. Constantly we are being bombarded with commercials parading the benefits of eating unhealthy and giving good reasons for doing so. Thats the American way of life. Work hard and fast, eat bad and fast and the heck with the consequences. We’ll deal with that when the time comes.

The consequences can vary from bad to worse. For me it was a trip down the highway with the sirens blaring, the lights flashing and the paramedic feeding me nitroglycerin. That trip was not fun, as a matter of fact, it was down right scary. But it did get my attention!

Being a young man of sixty five I wasn’t ready to pilot a rocking chair just waiting to die. I wanted to live, be productive and enjoy life. So I decided that if I wanted to live – I’m working on Methuselah’s record – I needed to make some changes in my life.

What I needed to change the most was what I put in my mouth. They say you are what you eat. Eat junk and you will have an unhealthy body. Unless I have a good reason to change, I can be very stubborn. So here’s a list of the reasons I came up with to make healthy food choices.

1}Say Goodby To All The Chemicals

Read the label of that food you are about to serve your family. Look at all the preservatives that are used to keep it from spoiling and better yet look at all those ingredients you can’t even pronounce let alone know what they are.

The Effect of Love and Beauty in our Relationships

The nature of love can be well reflected in the field of beauty. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. If someone is beautiful, do you just fall in love with them? You might be thinking that you have never met your soul mate but if heavens could talk, you will be shocked to realize that you passed them by just because you thought they had prolonged nose. In most scenarios, people in our lives become apparently beautiful when we grow to love them. Do you love your partner because she/he is beautiful or is she/he beautiful because you love them? Love and beauty are inseparable subjects and you cannot mention one without featuring the other. Our society is biased and teaches us to love the beautiful people more.

We adore beautiful stars from Hollywood and they somehow become the center of our world. To succeed in dating you must always squeeze in beauty even where it does not feature. You must say the bride is beautiful. These are sanctioned lies and it is a requirement in order to find love. Hope you now understand that love and beauty will always go together. It might be true because every bride is beautiful in the eyes of her groom but in most of the time it is a beauty of the moment. When people are get married, they fear of getting old and losing the beauty. Young is beautiful and if you are attached to man who values beauty,he might fail to see you beautiful when you are old and grey.
